I recently had dealings with Opes Property Management Christchurch, and all I can say is that I received one of the best ever experiences with property management in my time of renting properties. I had the pleasure of interacting with Kim Jones, who showed exceptional care towards her work, as she struck an intuitive balance between the best interests of not only the landlord, but the tenants/would be tenants, too. I would 100% recommend renting through Opes Property Management because of this interaction, and I hope to deal with Kim and Opes again in the future.
